Register Organization


New Organization Registration
Groups that were registered in the 2017-18 academic year will be required to RENEW their organization if they'd like to remain as a register student organization for 2018-19. If your group was registered during the 2017-18 academic year, please follow this link to RENEW your organization for this year.

If you think your organization may have been registered in the past 2-3 years, please check with our office, or view old lists of student organizations as the group may be able to be reactivated instead of registering as a new organization. Email or stop by 521 Willard Straight Hall.

Please be sure to read through all of the policies, procedures, and guidelines on the following pages.

Registration for the fall semester for NEW organizations will close at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, September 19, 2018, and will reopen for a period of time at the beginning of the spring semester. If your group was registered in the past, you may RENEW your organization at any time.

NOTE: NEW STUDENT ORGANIZATION REGISTRATION WILL OPEN ON JULY 31, 2018. Please check back after July 25 to register a new organization.
