Register Organization


Student organizations may RENEW their clubs for the 2018-19 academic year beginning Wednesday, July 11, 2018. New organizations may REGISTER as new groups (groups that have not been registered in the past 3 years) at the same time. Note the deadline for registering a new group for the fall 2018 semester will be Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at 4:00 pm (previously registered organizations may RENEW at any time throughout the year). Note these dates are NOT the same as budget/funding deadlines. For information on funding, visit the SAFC/GPSAFC websites.

Groups that were registered last year will need to RENEW their organization by following the instructions on the following pages.  They will not need to reregister again.

If your group was not registered last year or in our system in the past three (3) years, you will need to REGISTER your organization as a new group.

Check back to this site after July 25, 2018 to continue with the registration/renewal process.
