Counseling and Psychological Services at Gannett (CAPS)
Located Ho Plaza, CAPS at Gannett provides a range of psychological services including:
- Helping with urgent mental health concerns for yourself or for someone you know; crisis counseling
- Brief, individual, and group counseling that cover a wide variety of mental health factors
- Psychiatric care
- Referral Services to other providers in the Ithaca area
- Coordinating Health Leaves of Absences for those students experiencing concerns that affect their ability to function as a student.
Around 3,500 Cornell students use these services every year.

EARS is here to listen to any problem you may be dealing with. You can call, or drop by the office located in 213 Willard Straight Hall, no appointment needed. School year hours can be found on the website below.
Let's Talk at Gannett
"Let's Talk" is a program that provides easy access to informal confidential consultations with counselors from Gannett Health Services. Counselors hold walk-in hours at sites around campus Monday through Friday. Times and locations change throughout the semester; for up to date information, please check the link below.
Learning Strategies Center
The Learning Strategies Center (LSC) is the central academic support unit for undergraduates at Cornell University.
