Funding is determined by project feasibility and compatibility with the Community Partnership Philosophy Statement. An emphasis is placed on projects that mutually benefit the students and community.
The project should involve student service learning opportunities and public service for the community. Projects should have goals of continuation and sustainability.

- Partnership: Uniting students with community members
- Education: Partnership for service learning
