Join us at noon, this Friday, November 30th to hear Takuya Maeda's seminar titled "Parallel-Plane Breakdown Fields of 2.8-3.5 MV/cm in GaN-on- GaN p-n Junction Diodes with Double-Side-Depleted Shallow Bevel Termination". Takuya is currently currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Department of Electronic Science and Engineering, Kyoto University. His current research interests include the characterization of material science and device physics in wide-bandgap semiconductors.
