Habitat for Humanity at Cornell supports Tompkins County Habitat for Humanity through connecting student volunteers with building (i.e., volunteer) opportunities with the local Habitat affiliate. Additionally, our organization aims to raise awareness about the importance of safe homes for underserved populations, and to fundraise for our local Habitat for Humanity chapter. Our organizational also provides annual trips for student volunteers over the university's spring and winter breaks.
General Body Meetings are held bi-weekly, typically on Mondays at 5 PM, in a classroom on Central Campus. Board meetings are held over the weekend, also in a classroom on Central Campus. Our work trips are typically scheduled in Ithaca on Saturdays anywhere from 9 AM - 4 PM.
